The trophy eagle is a prized treasure for all who work in the home building community. Luxury Home Magazine Greater San Antonio won two Summit Awards for Best Color Magazine Ad for a Builder and Best Color Magazine for an Affiliate.
Flashback to last year’s awards ceremony was the publisher/owner, Tomas Martinez. He was still working to produce his first issue/publication. Seeing a niche in Luxury Real Estate Marketing in the Greater San Antonio area, Tomas and his wife Christina purchased the publishing opportunity distributorship rights for the Greater San Antonio market in April 2011 and began selling their first issue last summer.
Luxury Home Magazine focuses on marketing luxury homes, products and services to San Antonio’s most affluent residents. With 20,000 magazines being circulated, direct mailed and represented in upscale venues, Luxury Home Magazine strategically targets the right demographically correct audience in the Greater San Antonio market.
